    My Story

    I’ve been to the edge of burnout — lost, exhausted, and running on autopilot. It resulted in complete collapse!

    After decades of masking ADHD, I was finally diagnosed at 40 — and everything changed.

    Occupational therapy gave me a framework to rebuild not just my routines, but my sense of identity, energy, and joy.Now I stand stronger, calmer, and clearer than ever before — and I’m here to help you do the same.
